Product Overview

Minerals of every hardness can be given primary or secondary crushing by a jaw crusher, a machine that works through the squeezing and bending action of two jaw plates.
A fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate form this jaw crusher. The ore is crushed as the plates move together, and when they part, blocks smaller than the discharge port fall out from the bottom.
The crushing action is intermittent. Thanks to its simple structure, reliable operation and capacity to crush hard materials, this crusher sees wide use in mineral processing, building materials, silicates, ceramics and other industries.

1. Jaw plates
Jaw plates are consumable spare parts of jaw crusher machinery, and they crush and smash minerals, rocks and other raw materials. They should last longer, so they need high hardness with a low wear rate and breakage rate. For that reason they are made from high manganese alloy or high chromium alloy, cast on an advanced automatic casting line and given a special heat treatment, which improves the quality and life of this product!

2. Side liner
This wear part for the jaw crusher shields the machine from damage by ore impact while it runs. It should last longer, so it needs high hardness along with a low wear rate and breakage rate.

Tailored alloy steel composition
To meet customer needs, the NGZR foundry can adjust the chemical composition of the alloy steel (Mn /Cr) or add other special metallic elements (Si /Mo /Cu /Ni, etc.). Combined with special heat treatment, this gives the cast crusher liners and Jaw plates particular mechanical properties that suit each customer's different working conditions.

Custom drawings, sizes and shapes
The NGZR foundry can make customized jaw crusher wear parts from the customer's drawings of existing parts. We can also modify the shape, thickness and wear quality of existing wear parts, so customers spend less on wear parts and gain higher production efficiency.

On-site measurement & installation guidance
Should a customer be unable to supply drawings of the existing hammer crusher, NGZR will send a service engineer to take measurements and handle the design as a one-stop service, free of charge.
On request, NGZR will provide door-to-door installation guidance for a fee.
