A jaw crusher is a crushing machine that uses the squeezing and bending effects of two jaw plates on minerals to First or Second crush minerals of various hardness.
This Jaw crusher consists of a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate. When the two jaw plates approach, the ore is crushed. When the two jaw plates move apart, the ore blocks smaller than the discharge port are discharged from the bottom.
Its breaking action is intermittent. This type of crusher is widely used in industrial sectors such as mineral processing, building materials, silicates, and ceramics due to its advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, and ability to crush hard materials.

1. Jaw plates
Jaw plates are the consumable spare parts of Jaw crusher machinery, used to Crush & Smash the minerals/rocks or other raw materials. These crusher jaw plates should have a longer life with high hardness, lower wear rate & breakage rate, so used high Manganese alloy or high Chromium alloy material to make them, casting by an advanced automatic casting line, finished product with special heat-treatment, will improve this hammer product quality and life!

2. Side liner
This spare wear part of Jaw cruser be used to protect the machine will not broken by ore impact during operation, and should have a longer life with high hardness, lower wear-rate & breakage rate.

Customized drawing size and shape
NGZR foundry can follow the customer’s drawing of existing jaw crusher wear parts to customize. Also, we can revise the existing wear parts shape/thickness and wearing quality to help customers get lower wear-parts cost and higher production efficiency.

Door-to-door measurement & Installation Guide
If the customer can’t provide drawings of the existing hammer crusher, NGZR will arrange for our service engineer to come to measure and design the one-stop service at no charge.
If the customer requires, NGZR will provide door-to-door installation guide serivce with pay charge.

The company is equipped with 2 fully automatic iron mold sand coating production lines, 4 mechanical arm shell molding machines, 1 fully automatic lost foam mold production line, 1 fully automatic heat treatment quenching + reheat treatment production line, 2 automatic flipping annealing furnaces, 3 sets of VIP-1800 series melting furnaces, cabinet-type PRO spectrometer, carbon-sulfur analyzer, hardness tester, far-infrared temperature measuring instrument, etc. The production and testing equipment is complete and comprehensive. Temperature-controlled melting, constant-temperature pouring, automatic temperature-controlled quenching, and annealing have been achieved, and many technologies are at the forefront of the industry.

The product specifications are complete, meeting the needs of customers for different materials of cast balls, cast sections, ball mill liners, crusher guards, hammers, etc., ranging from Ф8mm to Ф150mm. The company now has an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of cast balls and castings.
