Waste metal materials are crushed by a metal crusher, which is also called a metal grinder.
Scrap metal of various kinds, and other waste such as plastic, rubber and circuit boards, can be broken by a metal crusher into shapes and sizes that are easy to handle,
Rolling, shearing, impact and grinding are the external forces that act on waste solid material during crushing. Rolling serves mainly for coarse and medium crushing and fits hard materials and large blocks. Cutting serves mainly for fine crushing and fits tough materials. Impact serves mainly for medium crushing, fine grinding and ultrafine grinding and fits brittle materials. Grinding is chiefly for fine and ultrafine grinding and fits small pieces and fine particles. In practice, several of these forces often act at the same time during crushing.

1. Knife /Hammer head
Of all the working parts of a metal crusher, the knife head is the most important. This knife hammer is a composite casting in a new, high-quality Cr-Mn alloy steel, and it outlasts other alloy materials.

2. Crusher liner & Sieve plate
Damage to the crusher machinery from the crushing of waste material is prevented by the crusher liner.

Cast wear parts of Mn-Cr alloy steel, such as knife hammers and liners, last long and keep a stable quality. NGZR has a large production capacity, with an advanced lost foam process, a fully automatic precision casting line and a manual resin-sand wooden mould casting line. This lets us offer all customers more competitively priced products, so their unit production cost drops below its earlier level.

Tailored alloy steel composition
To meet customer needs, the NGZR foundry can adjust the chemical composition of the alloy steel (Mn /Cr) or add other special metallic elements (Si /Mo /Cu /Ni, etc). Combined with special heat treatment, this gives the cast crusher liners, impact plates and plate hammers particular mechanical properties that suit each customer's different working conditions.

Custom drawings, sizes and shapes
The NGZR foundry can produce customized crusher wear parts based on the customer's drawings of existing parts. We can also modify the shape, thickness and wear quality of existing wear parts, so customers spend less on wear parts and gain higher production efficiency.

On-site measurement & installation guidance
Should a customer be unable to supply drawings of the existing metal crusher, NGZR will send a service engineer to take measurements and handle the design as a one-stop service, free of charge.
On request, NGZR will provide door-to-door installation guidance for a fee.
