Product Overview

An electric motor turns the transmission shaft and cone part of the cone crusher, making them swing. The crushing wall (mantle liner) therefore moves alternately toward and away from the fixed wall surface (bowl liner), and the ore in the crushing chamber is impacted, compressed and bent until it is crushed.
High power, a high crushing ratio and high productivity characterize the cone crusher, an advanced hydraulic machine. Its applications are wide, and it is especially good at ultrafine crushing of hard rocks, ores, slag, refractory materials and the like. Impact crushers are usually used for first, second and final crushing of minerals of lower & medium hardness, such as limestone, coal, calcium carbide, quartz, dolomite, sulfide iron ore, gypsum, and chemical raw materials.

Tailored alloy steel composition
To meet customer needs, the NGZR foundry can adjust the chemical composition of the alloy steel (Mn /Cr) or add other special metallic elements (Si /Mo /Cu /Ni, etc.). Combined with special heat treatment, this gives the cast crusher liners, impact plates and plate hammers particular mechanical properties that suit each customer's different working conditions.

Custom drawings, sizes and shapes
The NGZR foundry can produce customized cone crusher wear parts based on customers' drawings of existing parts. We can also modify the shape, thickness and wear quality of existing cone crusher wear parts, so customers spend less on wear parts and gain higher production efficiency.

On-site measurement & installation guidance
Should a customer be unable to supply drawings of the existing cone crusher, NGZR will send a service engineer to take measurements and handle the design as a one-stop service, free of charge.
On request, NGZR provides door-to-door installation guidance for a fee.
