A hammer crusher is a type of equipment that crushes minerals by impact, directly crushing minerals from a maximum particle size of 600-1800 mm to less than 25 mm. Hammer crushers are suitable for crushing medium-hardness minerals such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc. in industrial sectors such as cement, chemical, power, metallurgy, etc.
The hammer crusher is composed of a chassis, rotor, hammer head, impact lining plate, sieve plate, etc.

1.  Hammer head
The hammer head is the most important working component of a hammer crusher. The quality & shape, and material of the hammer head determine the production capacity of the hammer crusher.
The kinetic energy of the hammerhead is proportional to its weight. hammerhead was heavier, the kinetic energy will greater, and the crushing efficiency will higher. The hammerhead has a complete range of weight types, from min. 15 kg to max. 298 kg. Multiple hammerhead weights can be customized according to customer needs.
The hammerhead is made of a new high-quality Cr-Mn alloy steel composite casting; its service life is several times that of ordinary hammerheads.

2. Impact liner & Sieve plate
The hammer crusher uses the hammer head to strike the ore at high speed, and the ore has a great speed and kinetic energy in an instant. In order to prevent wear of the crusher frame, Mn-Cr alloy steel is used to line the inner wall of the frame and the impact liner & sieve plate, ensuring superior wear resistance and impact resistance of the lining plate and sieve plates.
Due to the harsh working environment of the hammer crusher, its quality determines its service life, and the quality of the hammer crusher is determined by the materials of its constituent components.

Customized drawing size and shape
NGZR foundry can follow the customer’s drawing of existing crusher wear parts to customize. Also, we can revise the existing wear parts shape/thickness and wearing quality to help customers get lower wear-parts cost and higher production efficiency.

Door-to-door measurement & Installation Guide
If the customer can’t provide drawings of the existing hammer crusher, NGZR will arrange for our service engineer to come to measure and design the one-stop service at no charge.
If the customer requires, NGZR provides door-to-door installation guide service with a fee.

The company is equipped with 2 fully automatic iron mold sand coating production lines, 4 mechanical arm shell molding machines, 1 fully automatic lost foam mold production line, 1 fully automatic heat treatment quenching + reheat treatment production line, 2 automatic flipping annealing furnaces, 3 sets of VIP-1800 series melting furnaces, cabinet-type PRO spectrometer, carbon-sulfur analyzer, hardness tester, far-infrared temperature measuring instrument, etc. The production and testing equipment is complete and comprehensive. Temperature-controlled melting, constant-temperature pouring, automatic temperature-controlled quenching, and annealing have been achieved, and many technologies are at the forefront of the industry.

The product specifications are complete, meeting the needs of customers for different materials of cast balls, cast sections, ball mill liners, crusher guards, hammers, etc., ranging from Ф8mm to Ф150mm. The company now has an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of cast balls and castings.
